The African American Experience in Florida, a new collection from the University of South Florida Libraries, has curated the Black experience in Florida around six different themes: activism, Black-owned businesses, the community, journalism, the arts, and history. Information in the collection ranges from racism, the history of injustice to Black Floridians and their families, cultures and communities.
