Susan Ariew
I have proudly served as the liaision librarian for the College of Education since I joined the USF Tampa Library since 2005. Before that, I came from Virginia Tech where I worked as the College Librarian for Education & Human Development. I spent much of my professional life as an academic librarian, first at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, at the Center for Research Libraries in Chicago, and then at Virginia Tech. I have also spent several years teaching English, writing, and composition at the high school and collegiate levels. My research and publication interests include open access research resources, information literacy and student learning, and collaborative relationships between librarians and academic faculty. Feel free to contact me should you need library/information literacy instruction or support for your research!
