Britney Edwards & Tammi Wilds Honored by USF Black Faculty & Staff Association

At the 33rd Annual Welcome Breakfast, the USF Black Faculty and Staff Association (BFSA) celebrated two USF Libraries employees, Britney Edwards and Tammi Wilds. Britney was honored as a new African American employee at the Tampa Library, where she was recently hired as Budget Director for Fiscal Operations. Tammi was awarded the Outstanding Commitment Award in recognition of her dedicated service. She serves as a Collection Specialist in the Fiscal Department and has been with the Tampa Library for 12 years.

BFSA’s mission is to foster an environment of mutual support and respect for Black employees working at USF. They engage in activities that support social and professional networking, as well as advocacy and representative action within USF and the community.
