Digital Board Submission Guidelines

The USF Tampa Library has five digital boards on floors 1, 3, 4, 5, and 6. Submissions may run on 1-2 boards at a time, for a limited time not to exceed two weeks. We ask that you specify your preferences, and please note that requests are processed on a first come/ first serve basis. Images must be of professional quality and submitted by the following specifications:
  • File Type: JPEG/JPG (for best results export for web in Adobe Photoshop)
  • File Dimensions: 1920px by 1080px, files outside of these dimensions will not be accepted
  • DPI: 72
  • File Size: Under 1MB
Each board has a limit on the maximum number of files in rotation so submissions well in advance of your event are recommended; particularly for busy months of September-Nov and Jan-March, when available spaces on the digital boards book out quickly. Submissions for consecutive time periods are not accepted. We reserve the right to deny content for any reason. Static marketing materials only. Video content is not accepted.
