It’s not often we see one of our own caricatured (flatteringly, of course) in the New York Times!

Andy Huse, USF Special Collections librarian, is featured in a creative illustrated culinary history and heritage piece on the Cuban sandwich. Andy is considered a bit of an expert on the subject, being the lead author of award-winning book, The Cuban Sandwich: A History in Layers
