The Council of Library and Information Resources has launched its new Climate Resiliency Action Series, a series of free workshops dedicated to learning, sharing, and developing active solutions to facing climate issues in GLAMR (galleries, libraries, archives, museums, and records) institutions.
USF Libraries’ Associate Director for Digital Initiatives, Dr. Amanda Boczar, serves on the Advisory Board for the series and will be moderating its first session, Climate Resiliency Nuts and Bolts, this Friday, September 13, from 11-12:30 pm EST.
Additional sessions include Indigenous Knowledge & Climate Collaboration, Big Data & the Preservation Problem, Place Based Planning, Combating Climate Anxiety Through Data, and Skills-Based Climate Programming.
