The USF Libraries Research & Instruction department is committed to advancing high-impact research, innovation, and transformative learning. We serve faculty and students on the Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Sarasota-Manatee campuses by partnering with faculty and other academic units on a wide range of collaborative teaching and research activities:
- Provide self-guided and librarian-led instruction on information and data literacy
- Teach professional development workshops that support faculty teaching and curricular development
- Facilitate workshops for researchers that provide tools and strategies that support all stages of the research process and enhance research impact and visibility
- Offer resources such as library guides, curated open resources and course material lists, and collaborative assignment development with instructional faculty
- Long-term collaborations with faculty on notable USF strategic initiatives
