This is a known issue and there is nothing we can do, unfortunately. It is usually caused by too much traffic (downloads) on Google Scholar and a failure of the EZproxy software, which enables our off-campus access, to display the Captcha. Please try to access the library website and Google Scholar from off-campus via the VPN service offered by the USF IT – see instructions here:
You may also try to access your articles via the discovery service Quicksearch on the library homepage.
