The OUR administers a variety of workshops throughout the academic year. Topics including Getting Started in Undergraduate Research; an interactive workshop which provides comprehensive instruction regarding how to prepare, search for and obtain a research position; the Undergraduate Research Colloquium Preparation series, which is offered each spring in conjunction with the annual event; and the OUR Professional Development Workshop series, which includes topics such as Demystifying Graduate School and the Art of Effective Networking at a Research Conference. OUR workshop partners include the USF Library, the Office of Sponsored Research, and USF faculty across disciplines.
