On Fri. April 26, 2013 the OUR hosted a presentation session for students who participated in the Spring 2013 Business Case Competition. Student groups shared their reflections about participating in the competition and the most persuasive group presentation was awarded the OUR Undergraduate Research in Business Using Case Competition Award. Undergraduate Researchers Help Create Online Exhibits in Special and Digital Collections!

In 2012, the OUR partnered with Special and Digital Collections to create additional research experiences for undergraduates. More than a dozen students have participated in SDC projects so far and several have completed online exhibit projects. Gopi Patel served as Assistant Curator for the exhibit Living a Genocide: The Children of Darfur under the direction of research librarian Dr. Musa Olaka and Rebecca Stoll worked with research librarian Andy Huse on the project The University of South Florida: A Historic Overview.
